Family Tree Maker 2009 18.0 is commercial software we can purchase online from the developer's website. It helps us to create our own family tree by introducing step-by-step data about our ancestors. It is a very easy to use program and we do not need special training to start building our history to share with the rest of our family or just for entertainment. When building our family tree we can introduce names, data, dates, special events, and pictures, audio and video files. There are interactive maps provided so we can follow our ancestors’ movements, etc.

	If you can't support this software, why should I buy an exspensive set-up from you? I think you are too greedy amd I don't like the way you operate. I'm going to put my money elsewhere.

	I totally agree with you. I asked for help several times within the last month and they said I would have to buy a new program. After telling I had just updated several months ago they said they would tell their tech department about my dilemma and get back with me. I'm sure they canned it because I haven't hear back. I hear Legacy puts out a pretty good program.
